Zhi Yan

Zhi Yan joined Zaban lab in 2014, and focused on sputtering deposition and seebeck measurement in the project of all-oxide thin-films photovoltaics. He obtained Ph. D. of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem & Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has interest in new material fabrications and its characterization, design and fabrication of film devices in energy application.
